 I always think about what food to serve my sweet boys today. I am not good at cooking. But as a mother, I always try to do my best. 

 

It's my Youtube to show you my every daily meal diary. In Korea, some serve rice, soup, main food, and side dishes in one tray each and called 'Bansang'. I like the style that I serve because it is neat. 



The basics of the Korean table are rice, soup, main dish and side dishes. Throughout the COVID-19, I like eating the amount of food individually on a tray.



I always mix rice with mixed grains. That way, the color of the rice is pretty and good for our healthy. I prepared soybean paste soup for the soup. I boiled soybean paste in water and put various vegetables in it. It's food for our immune system and for our health. You can check the boiling process on my YouTube.



I always prepare vegetable side dishes for my children's health. Blanch vegetables in hot water and season with a little salt, sesame oil and ground garlic. To avoid obesity, children are always served side dishes with vegetables.



I fried and baked pork cutlet and sausages that my sons love so much. The pork cutlet can be fried with egg and bread crumbs. The sausage was cut is with a honeycomb shape and baked with a little cooking oil. I prepared their favorite food for my son who studied hard today. 




My sons's smile makes me forget about the difficulties while preparing food. Love you, my sweet.
